Nature's Sleep LLC — 20-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
for Ortho-Pedic Visco Memory Mattresses

Nature’s Sleep LLC will repair or replace any Nature’s Sleep Visco Memory Foam mattress from the original owner should it
be defective due to faulty workmanship or structural defects, at our option and subject to the limitations and conditions described
in this warranty.

This limited warranty does not cover any normal increase or decrease in the feel or any normal decrease in the recovery feature
of the Nature’s Sleep LLC Visco Memory Foam material, neither of which affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the
Visco Memory Foam.

This Limited Warranty covers:

  • Any visible and lasting indentation (Body impression) greater than three-fourths (3/4) of one inch not associated from
    a sag in the foundation, box springs, or platform (mattress support)
  • Any physical flaw in the mattress causing the Visco Memory Foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and
    proper handling.
  • During the first ten (10) years of original ownership, if the mattress is deemed defective, Nature’s Sleep LLC shall be
    responsible for the repair or replacement costs of the mattress except for any handling or transportation costs associated
    with repairs or replacements.
  • Years 11 through 20 we will, (at our option), repair the mattress at a handling cost to the original owner, or replace the
    mattress at a prorated charge to the original owner plus transportation costs. If we replace the mattress, the prorated replacement charge will depend on when the mattress is replaced.
  • If the mattress is replaced during the eleventh year of this warranty, the prorated replacement charge the original owner
    pays will be fifty (50) percent of the original purchase price.
  • If the mattress is replaced after the eleventh year but before this warranty expires, the prorated charge the original
    owner pays will increase five (5) percent for each subsequent year of the prorated period (i.e. 55% of the original
    purchase price).
  • Nature’s Sleep LLC mattresses are designed to be used on a firm, solid-surface, non-spring foundation or adjustable
    bed base (mattress supports). This warranty is contingent and based on tests conducted on “sets” that consist of our mattresses and acceptable mattress supports as noted above.
  • The outer mattress cover is warranted for one (1) year from the date of original purchase against faults in material
    or workmanship.

IMPORTANT:

  • IF AN INAPPROPRIATE FOUNDATION, PLATFORM BEDFRAME USING A SLAT BASE OR BOX SPRINGS
    (MATTRESS SUPPORTS) ARE USED WITH THIS MATTRESS, SUCH USE WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY AND
    ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
    THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
    Nature’s Sleep LLC may require proof of the type and quality of the mattress support used with the mattress
    SHOULD THE ORIGINAL OWNER PROCESS a claim under this limited warranty.
  • If the mattress, foundation, or cover is physically abused, damaged, soiled, burned, cut or torn, this warranty is void.

Important information regarding this warranty:

  • Product must be registered with Nature's Sleep within 30 days of purchase for this warranty to be valid.

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product. An original purchaser is one who purchased
    the product directlu from Nature's Sleep LLC or an authorized dealer of Nature's Sleep LLC.
  • If you are not the original purchaser of this product, you take it "as-is" and "with all faults."
  • Proof of original purchase is required in order to be eligible to make a valid claim under this warranty.
  • All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the product or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut,
    torn or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary.
  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • The limited warranty gives you specific legal rights that vary from state to state.

Please read the following important information:

Visco-Memory foam is a temperature sensitive material — therefore the ambient room temperature may affect the mattress feel.
Very warm or humid weather may make the mattress feel extra soft, while very cold weather may render the mattress somewhat firmer. A bedroom temperature between 65°-75° Fahrenheit will generate the proper feel. If the feel is too firm, try removing the conventional mattress pad to increase the airflow and responsiveness of Visco-Memory material. If the feel is too soft, adding a conventional mattress pad should firm up the mattress.

Rotate the Visco-Memory Foam Mattress from head to foot every two weeks for the first few months, followed by once every
two or three months, or as needed.

Nature's Sleep LLC — 3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY for Pillows

Nature's Sleep LLC guarantees the original purchaser that the Nature's Sleep™ pillow will be replaced or repaired at our option, without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during this three year warranty period, excluding the specific limitations contained herein.

Coverages include:

  • Deterioration in the cell structure of the material that causes the product to not return to its original shape
  • Any physical flaw in the material to split or crack despite normal use and proper handling

Exclusions — this warranty does not cover the following:

  • Increase in softness of the Nature's Sleep™ pressure relieving material
  • Decrease in the slow recovery feature
    The above exclusions are aspects that do not affect the pressure relieving qualities of the product.

for KD (Knock-Down) Foundation™

What is covered:

This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship in your new Nature's Sleep KD Foundation.

What is NOT covered:

This warranty does not cover damage such as that caused by abuse, misuse, usual wear and tear, use for primary
purpose or freight damage. Improper or incorrect use voids this warranty.

Length of warranty:

This warranty protects you for three (3) years from the original date of purchase of your Nature’s Sleep KD Foundation.

In order for this limited warranty to be vailid, you MUST:

  • Register your product with Nature's Sleep within 30 days of purchase for this warranty to be valid.

  • Be the original consumer or purchaser. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the KD Foundation.
  • Have purchased the Nature's Sleep KD Foundation from an authorized dealer.
  • Provide proof of purchase via copy of original store receipt reflecting proof of purchase date, place of purchase and
    purchase price.
  • Contact the retail store or dealer where you purchased your KD Foundation. If the dealer determines that a warranty
    problem exists, Nature’s Sleep will either replace or authorize the dealer to repair the defective product. Nature’s Sleep
    reserves the right to decide the appropriate solution. If it is necessary to return the product to the factory, packaging and
    freight costs will be the responsibility of the consumer.

Limitation on claims:

THE SERVICE TERMS STATED IN THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE THE CONSUMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN THE
EVENT OF PRODUCT FAILURE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. NATURE’S SLEEP MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR CLAIMS, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGES ARE
DIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL. By way of example only, (i) incidental damages include items such as phone charges,
time lost from work, transportation costs and cost of renting a product to temporarily replace the warranted product; and (ii) consequential
damages include items such as replacing other property that is damaged when the warranted product fails, are not covered.

How State Law Applies: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do
not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusions may not apply to you.

for E-Frame™ Mattress Support System

What is covered:

This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship in your new E-Frame™ Mattress Support System.
