How do I place an order?

What's the difference between a Nature’s Sleep memory foam mattress and the nationally advertised mattress – or any other memory foam mattress for that matter?
We know, it's confusing. There are many memory foam mattresses on the market making many different claims. Every brand has its own formula – like Coke and Pepsi. But not all are created equal. We think ours provides the superior combination of support, comfort, affordability and sustainability. And using the latest technology available, our mattresses are specifically designed to promote better health and well-being. Our mattresses are also CertiPur approved where most of our competitors are not. (Did we mention ours does it for less than half the price?)

What are the differences between the different mattresses Nature’s Sleep offers?
Good question. Different people have different likes, needs and body types. We suggest that you carefully read all of our mattress descriptions and choose the mattress that best fits your unique needs. They vary in different sizes and thicknesses.

Do you offer a sleep trial period?
Sorry, but we don't offer a sleep trial period. We would direct you to one of our outstanding retail partners. Remember, it can take up to 90 nights for you to become adjusted to your new mattress.

Will the mattress or foundation fit my bedroom furniture and frame?
Our mattresses and foundations will fit most standard US-size bed furniture and frames. The best way to tell is: does your current mattress fit, and is it the same size as ours?

Is there any latex in your mattresses?
We are aware that several people have latex allergies which is why all Nature's Sleep mattresses do not contain any latex in them.

Does the mattress retain heat and will it make me hot?
Nope. Our mattresses do not retain heat and shouldn't "sleep hot" as our memory foam is specifically designed to sleep cooler than most other foams on the market. It is made of Advanced Visco Technology. We have enlarged the actual memory foam cells to allow for the air to pass thru with ease. There are billions of these cells that make up a memory foam mattress. The result is the Nature’s Sleep memory foam mattresses sleep cool and natural.

Will my new mattress have an odor?
Any off gassing is almost non-existent, just possibly a harmless smell from the new foam manufacturing process which goes away in a very short time. The initial smell is normal and harmless.

How can I lengthen the life or care to my memory foam product?
When you acquire a new Nature's Sleep's memory foam mattress, you do not want it to develop deep body indentations as this will create an uneven mattress which will lead to uncomfortable sleeping. Nature's Sleep mattresses are not reversable or flipable. Laying the mattress on a flat surface or good condition foundation will maintain the mattress life span.

If you have a Memory Foam Topper, it should be flipped every 2 weeks.

Does the cover already come on the mattress upon delivery?
Yes it does.

Can I wash the cover on my mattress?
Yes! All of our mattress covers are removable and washable.

How do I clean my memory foam mattress?

Can I use a mattress pad with my mattress?
Absolutely. After all, your new mattress is a big investment, and we want you to protect it. Try to get a protector that has minimum padding.

Would it damage the mattress to leave it packaged for a long period?
It will not be a problem at all as the mattress will be shipped vac-packed inside its packaging and preserved until it is opened.

Will regular sheets fit the 12" Mattress?
Standard size sheets will fit the 12" Mattress but the deep pocket fitted sheets will be a lot easier.

What is the best Temperature for my Nature's Sleep Memory Foam Mattress?
This is very critical. The get the most optimal feel and comfort from your mattress, your room will need to be at a range of 65°F - 80°F. This temperature range allows the mattress to easily comform to your body to provide excellent comfort while able to breathe and sleep cool throughout the night. Proper room insulation is also key.

Are the mattresses treated with flame retardants?
Nature's Sleep mattresses are not flammable and does not contain any harmful flame retardant chemicals. Our mattresses pass and exceed all fire standards including the Federal Mattress Flammability Standards. Rest easy that not only will you sleep great but you will also be safe.

Are Nature's Sleep's mattresses chemical free?
We do not use any harmful chemicals in any of our products which is why all Nature's Sleep Foams are CertiPur-US approved.

What are the dimensions of each size bed?
All of our Memory Foam Mattresses are in standard sizes such as below:

Twin: 38" x 75"
Twin XL: 38" x 80"
Full: 54" x 75"
Queen: 60" x 80"
King: 76" x 80"
California King: 72" x 84"

Do I have to use a Nature’s Sleep foundation with my new mattress?
Your new Nature’s Sleep mattress needs to be placed on a smooth, solid, flat surface to perform its best. Our foundation is specifically designed to be used with all our mattresses. We encourage you to check the surface where you intend to place the mattress to make sure it's appropriate. A good quality foundation, a platform bed or an adjustable base all work well.

Can I use my own box spring or foundation?
If your previous foundation is in relatively good condition and is the same size as the mattress you ordered from us, you can use it. If it is not in good condition, in a different size or another reason, you can purchase a new foundation from us. Generally a good foundation is also needed to help your mattress breathe and sleep cooler.

Is the foundation fully assembled or do I need to assemble it?
Your new foundation does require assembly. But don't worry – it's easy. You only need a screwdriver! Assembly instructions comes with the parts and should not take more than half and hour to put together.

When and why should I change my box spring/foundation?
If your old mattress is worn and old, there is a high chance that the box spring/foundation is worn as well. If you encounter any of the following signs, it is recommended that your bed support should be replaced.

• Does your box spring/foundation squeak?
Squeaking is a sign of weak joints that are beginning to loosen up.
• Are there broken slats or lose springs?
Broken slats and springs are signs that it will not last under another mattress.
• Is the box spring/foundation sagging or bowed?
The best way to tell is by placing your hand on the top side of the box spring or foundation and while applying a bit of pressure run your hand across the top of the box spring or foundation. If you are feeling a flat smooth surface you are good, if you hare feeling hills and valleys, it is time for a new one.
• Is the box spring/foundation over 10 years old?
Box springs usually have a 8 - 12 year life span and years over that will result in to loss of support to both you and your mattress which could lead to uncomfortable sleep.

I am seeing impressions in my mattress; why is this?
A memory foam mattress is designed to contour to the shape and curves of your body. When you place your new mattress on your old box spring or foundation, the mattress will contour to the uneven surface and result in impressions on the mattress surface and poor support. If your current foundation has any of the conditions above, you are most likely not getting the good night's sleep you want.

TIP: Test the differences between your mattress's current location and your mattress on the floor. Since the floor is a smooth flat surface, best for memory foam mattresses, if your feel and sleep improves, you need a new foundation.

Once you've received your order confirmation, please wait for an email with your FedEx tracking number. Once received, you can go to www.FedEx.com to track your delivery. All orders usually process within three business days. You should receive a tracking number within seven business days.

How will I know that you’ve received my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, we'll send you an email confirmation. Please print or save the email for your records.

Do you charge sales tax?
Most items already contain the appropriate sales tax in the selling price. Occasionally, where applicable, sales tax will be collected.

Do you offer financing?

Shipping & Delivery


How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?
Easy. At checkout, just provide us the address you want your purchase shipped to.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
You'll receive a FedEx tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

How are mattresses delivered?
Glad you asked (because it's pretty cool). All mattresses are shipped compressed and vacuum-packed and delivered by FedEx. This means that your mattress will arrive in a much smaller box than you're probably expecting. Don't be alarmed! It's just that we're using cutting-edge technology. As soon as you unpack your mattress, it will decompress to its normal size. Please make sure you open it in the room where you'll use it. And watch it open – you'll like what you see!

What are the mattress shipping weights and dimensions?
Typical shipping weights for mattresses range from 50lbs to 135lbs. The mattresses comes vacuum packed in a carton with measurements that range from a Twin 14” x 14” x 40” to a King 18" x18” x 78”.

Will the driver move or remove my old mattress?
No, delivery is only to your front door. The FedEx driver is only responsible for bringing your purchase that far. You'll need to bring it in personally and set it up. At his discretion, the driver may even leave your items if you're not home, so plan to be nearby if possible. We suggest calling your favorite local charity to pick up your old mattress. Check out our blog article for ideas on what to do with your old mattress.

Are there any shipping or delivery charges?
Shipping or delivery charges are usually included in the cost of the product.

Will all my purchases arrive at the same time?
It depends. Items may arrive separately due to shipping from different warehouse locations, and smaller items may ship faster.

Do you ship outside the US, or to Alaska and Hawaii?
Sorry, not at this time.

Do you ship to Canada?
At this time we don't ship outside the US.

Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?
Not yet, no.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Sorry, we can't ship to a P.O. box. (Our vacuum-packing technology isn't that advanced yet!)
