Q. How do I place an order?
     A. At ShopNaturessleep.com just click purchase now and you will be directed to our secure ordering process.

Q. What is the Print and Call option?
     A. When you purchase our products on ShopNaturessleep.com you have 2 options for payment.
     1. You can use PayPal. Payment may be made with your credit card or your PayPal account.
     2. Select Print and Call. Call us at 877-557-5337 where we can take your credit card and complete the transaction. Simply select Print and Call then click Place Order and print your receipt.

     If you are using a coupon such as GROUPON, there are 2 options to complete your sale.
     1. If you have a ZERO balance due, simply select Print and Call then click Place Order and your transaction is complete, you DO NOT need to call.
     2. If you have a balance due you can either pay thru PayPal (option 1 above), OR select Print and Call and follow option 2 above.


Mattresses and Foundations:

Q. What is the difference between the Nature’s Sleep Memory foam mattress and the nationally advertised mattress or any other memory foam mattress?
     A. Not all memory foam mattresses are created equal. There are so many of them and so many claims that are made. Nature’s Sleep mattresses are uniquely crafted to give you the best night’s sleep possible and to support your body. Using the latest technology available, our mattresses are specifically designed not to “sleep hot.” We want you to wake rested and rejuvenated. When comparing us to the leading brands, try to think of the difference like that of Coke and Pepsi, they have their formula, we have ours. We think you will find our “tastes” great and for less than half the price!

Q. What are the differences between all the mattresses Nature’s Sleep offers?
     A. Different people have different likes, needs and body types. We suggest that you carefully read all our mattress descriptions and choose the mattress that best fits your needs.

Q. Will the mattress or foundation fit my bedroom furniture bed and frame?
     A. Our mattresses and foundations will fit most standard US size bed furniture and frames. The best way to know is does the one you have now fit and are our sizes the same?

Q. Will the mattress make me hot?
     A. It should not as our foam formulation is designed for a cooler sleep.

Q. Will my new mattress have an odor?
     A. If your mattress has a slight smell when you first receive it, it is normal and harmless and will dissipate in a very short time.

Q. Can I wash the cover on my mattress?
     A. Yes, simply unzip the mattress cover leaving the no skid bottom in place between the mattress and foundation. Use a regular wash cycle with mild detergent. Tumble dry on a low heat setting and zip it back onto your mattress.

Q. Can I use a mattress pad with my mattress?
     A. Yes, your new mattress is a big investment and we want you to protect it. Try to get a protector that has a minimum of padding.

Q. Do I have to only use a Nature’s Sleep foundation with my new mattress?
     A. Your new Nature’s Sleep mattress needs to be placed on a smooth, solid flat surface to preform best. Our foundation is designed to be used with all our mattresses. We encourage you check the surface you intend to place the mattress on to make sure it is appropriate. A good quality foundation, a platform bed or an adjustable base all work well.

Q. What if I have questions about your products?
     A. Please feel free to call us at 877-557-5337 or to e-mail us at Customerservice@Naturessleep.com. We are available Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm Eastern time. All e-mails or voice messages will be returned as quickly as possible but within 36 hours.

Q. Are telephone orders accepted?
     A. Yes, call us at 877-557-5337

Q. Do you offer a sleep trial period?
     A. We do not have a sleep trial period. We would direct you to one of our outstanding retail partners. Remember, it can take up to 90 nights for you to become adjusted to your new mattress.

Q. How do I change my order?
     A. If you have completed your checkout and you need to make any changes please send an e-mail immediately to Sales@Naturessleep.com or call us at 877-557-5337. If your order has not been shipped, we will try to accommodate any changes, if your order has shipped, certain charges may apply.

Q. How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?
     A. At checkout, just provide us the address you want your purchase shipped to.

Q. Do you ship outside the U.S, or to Alaska or Hawaii?
     A. Sorry, not at this time.

Q. How will I know that you’ve received my order?
     A. Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please print or save the e-mail for your records.

Q. How do I know if my order has shipped?
     A. You will receive a FedEx tracking # via e-mail once your order has shipped.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?
     A. Most items already contain the appropriate sales tax in the selling price. Occasionally, where applicable, sales tax will be collected.

Q. Do you offer financing?
     A. Sorry, not at this time.

Q. When do you charge my credit card?
     A. Your credit card will be charged as soon as your transaction is completed.

Q. How can I get the status of my order?
     A. Once you have received your order confirmation, please wait for an e-mail with your FedEx tracking #. Once received, you may go to www.FedEx.com to track your delivery. All orders usually process within 3 business days. You should receive a tracking # within 7 business days.


Shipping and delivery

Q. How are mattresses delivered?
     A. All mattresses are shipped compressed and vacuum packed. This means that your mattress will come in a much smaller box than you are probably expecting. Please do not be alarmed, we use cutting edge technology. As soon as you unpack your mattress, it will decompress to its complete size. Please make sure you open it in the room you will use it in AND watch it open, you will like what you see!

Q. Will the driver move or remove my old mattress?
     A. No, your delivery is only to your front door. The FedEx driver is only responsible to bring your purchase to your front door; at his discretion, the drive may even leave your items if you are not home. You will need to bring it in and set it up in your home. We suggest calling your favorite local charity to pick up your old mattress.

Q. Is the foundation fully assembled or do I need to assemble it?
     A. Your new foundation requires you to assemble it, but do not worry, it is very simple and requires only a screwdriver.

Q. Are there any shipping or delivery charges?
     A. Shipping or delivery charges are usually included in the cost of the product.

Q. Will all my purchases arrive at the same time?
     A. Items may arrive separately due to shipping from different warehouse locations and smaller items may ship faster.

Q. Do you ship to Canada?
     A. Sorry, not at this time.

Q. Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?
     A. Sorry not at this time.

Q. Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
     A. Sorry, we cannot ship to a P.O. box.
